For this multi-family development project, r.a.d. Interiors partnered with a Florida-based developer to reimagine and expand the community through both new construction and a full-scale renovation.

On the site of a former tennis court, our team conceptualized and designed a ground-up office and amenity building inspired by the modern barn architecture of Napa Valley—an elegant yet functional gathering place that anchors the community.

In addition, we transformed an original 1950s structure into a state-of-the-art fitness center. The building was fully gutted and reconfigured, then enhanced with a pool and outdoor amenities that overlook a serene pond and surrounding nature trails.

The result is a thoughtful blend of modern design, natural inspiration, and community-focused functionality, elevating Lakes of Bellevue into a destination for both living and lifestyle.
