In the fall of 2023, r.a.d. Interiors was entrusted with a newly built three-bedroom condominium in the heart of Atlanta. With no major construction required, the focus became transforming the raw space into a fully realized home in time for the client’s year-end holiday celebration—a timeline that demanded creativity, precision, and an expedited approach to furniture procurement.

With soaring 14-foot ceilings, scale became the guiding principle of the design. From statement lighting and dramatic furnishings to layered textures and bold proportions, we emphasized verticality and volume to create a sense of grandeur throughout.

The end result is a residence that feels both refined and dramatic, where every detail contributes to a cohesive atmosphere of luxury and comfort—perfectly suited for entertaining as well as everyday living.
