This ground-up new construction project in Atlanta’s Morningside neighborhood gave r.a.d. Interiors the opportunity to influence both architecture and interiors from the very beginning. Our team worked closely through the design-build process to reconfigure the floor plan, ensuring a seamless flow between public and private spaces, while maximizing natural light and livability.
We curated every detail of the home’s finishes and custom selections—from architectural elements and millwork to surfaces, fixtures, and textures—resulting in a cohesive, tailored aesthetic that reflects both modern sophistication and enduring comfort.
The crowning jewel of the project is a full-length roof terrace, designed as an extension of the home’s living space. Lush landscaping, warm lighting, and sweeping treetop views toward Buckhead create an outdoor environment that is as functional as it is striking, perfect for both quiet relaxation and lively entertaining.
Designed as a true retreat in the heart of the city, the home offers a quiet sense of escape from the surrounding energy.
