22nd Street Bungalow Renovation - Fort Lauderdale, Flordia

This project involved a complete gut renovation of a 1940s bungalow situated on a picturesque canal in Fort Lauderdale. Designed for a client with a passion for entertaining, the home was reimagined to maximize both comfort and functionality while highlighting its scenic water views.

Inside, we curated an organic neutral palette that brings a sense of calm and cohesion throughout the interiors. Layered textures, natural materials, and thoughtful detailing create spaces that feel effortlessly sophisticated yet inviting.

The transformation extended beyond the walls of the home. We completely overhauled the backyard, incorporating a luxurious pool, outdoor kitchen, and lounge areas—perfect for both intimate gatherings and lively celebrations.
